3 window heritage clerestory window framing is exposed by demolition. Paired and fletched overhang rafters are visible and have weathered paint finish. Existing roofing is in very good condition.

Existing roof rafters were sistered (reinforced) with 2 x 10 wood rafters and strapped for insulation and gypsum board finish. Patched wall trenching visible on right.
