3 window heritage clerestory window framing is exposed by demolition. Paired and fletched overhang rafters are visible and have weathered paint finish. Existing roofing is in very good condition.

New windows, air barrier and soffit in place. Rafters were later re-clad for preservation and a nice finish.
Existing roof rafters were sistered (reinforced) with 2 x 10 wood rafters and strapped for insulation and gypsum board finish. Patched wall trenching visible on right.
